Peanut People

These pieces are made of stone ware and fired to cone 10 in reduction. the glaze is developed form my old friend and mentor Patrick Horsley. Horsley focused a lot of his practice towards glaze exploration and development. This glaze is made from wood ash and Ocher, resembling stretches of dry lake beds when applied thick.
